Budget item, fun rather than fashion. Feel nice, but have short thumbs. A budget item, fun rather than fashion. The fabric is fairly stretchy and has a nice, slinky feel. But, there’s a lump of stitching inside each finger-tip, perhaps to protect against nail poke-through. Also, the thumbs are very short, almost triangular, meaning you may not be able to spread your hands. That may not matter if, like us, you want these gloves to accessorise Halloween costumes…{ “Oh, go on, try them !!” So, yes, I’m wearing a pair while typing this review…
Excellent value Gloves Nice long pair of evening gloves, thin but lovely elastic material, not too shiny. Bought for young daughter to use in her drama class and fit her perfectly. I also tried them myself I am a size L gloves and was a good fit.
Great gloves for a 1920s party These are good. They arrived just above the elbow. my arms are quite big so they were rolling onto my elbows but for someone with normal size arms, they would stay put I guess. TheyIook good, a mix of satin and velvet look. I found it a bit tricky to put the second glove on once I had the first one on because the fabric slides on the other glove. but that shows how smooth they are. I would recommend them.
